Terms & Conditions
These terms cover every order placed on ecohearth.site, which is operated by EcoHearth Ltd.. When you place an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside the Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.
1. The seller

2. The goods
EcoHearth Ltd. sells zero waste and eco-friendly household goods, including reusable kitchen and bathroom accessories, refillable cleaning and personal care products, sustainable home textiles, and plastic-free everyday essentials. Each product page states what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is placed once you finish checkout. We send a confirmation email, and the contract is formed when the goods are dispatched. If stock runs out or we cannot verify the details, we may refuse the order and refund any payment made.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs appear at checkout before payment. We accept Cash on delivery. If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it before dispatch and give you the chance to confirm or cancel.
5. Delivery
The Delivery & Payment page lists the delivery options, times and costs. Once the goods are handed over, the risk passes to you.
6. Product images and colours
Photos show the actual goods we send. The colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and room light; a slight shade difference is not a defect and does not justify a free return or compensation. Each product page lists dimensions, materials and contents.
7. Transfer of risk
We are responsible for the goods until the courier delivers them to you or to the person you named at the supplied address. After that, you carry the risk of loss or damage. If transport damage is visible, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You can return goods within 30 days of delivery, as explained on the Returns page. All goods are covered by the statutory terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a zero waste or eco-friendly product fails because of defective materials or workmanship, EcoHearth Ltd. will repair, replace, or refund it as required by law.
- Customised or personalised items, such as bespoke zero-waste starter kits assembled to individual specifications.
- Perishable items, such as natural food products, seeds, or compostable consumables with a stated shelf-life.
- Unsealed personal care or hygiene products, such as opened bar soaps, refill containers, or reusable menstrual products, for biosecurity reasons.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Digital content or media supplied in unsealed packaging, such as downloadable eco-guides that have been opened.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by English law, EcoHearth Ltd.'s total liability for any claim relating to a product or these terms is limited to the price you paid for that product or £100, whichever is lower. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Age and use
You need to be at least 18 to place an order. Use products as the label describes; they are not a replacement for medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Should we fail to resolve a disagreement between us, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the court where the seller is registered, without affecting the statutory consumer protections of your home country.
