EcoHearth Ltd. ships zero waste and eco-friendly household goods across the United Kingdom using registered couriers and plastic-free packaging. We accept cash on delivery at no extra charge and direct bank transfer, with payment details sent on order confirmation.

Timeframes are business days from dispatch. Remote areas may add 1 to 2 days.
3. Order processing
Orders confirmed before 16:00 on a business day go out the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day. A confirmation email with your order number arrives as soon as the order is placed.
Each item is wrapped in recycled Kraft paper, secured with paper tape, and placed in a recyclable cardboard box. Reusable and refillable products are sealed with tamper-evident closures, and any glass or fragile goods are cushioned with corrugated cardboard dividers and biodegradable packing peanuts.
4. Tracking your parcel
After your parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking number is sent automatically by email and SMS. You can use it to see the delivery window, route progress, and any safe place or pickup point options.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We start a trace with the courier and, at your choice, resend the order or refund it in full. Either way, it is settled within 10 business days of the claim.
6. Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the outer box and the product before opening. Email support within 48 hours with your order number and photos; we will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a refund once the damaged item is returned.
7. Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery. We will never ask for card or online banking details by email or phone.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
Our parcels go to a number of countries. For each destination, the checkout shows the cost and delivery time before you pay. If import duties apply, the person receiving the parcel covers them.
